Phase I of the Monsignor Ralph Gallagher Parish Center revitalization - focused on replacing the gymnasium floor - is now fully funded and set for completion by the end of Trimester 1. This was made possible thanks to generous support from Mr. Dan Flatley and the Flatley Foundation, the 2025 Gala & Auction, and the St. Agatha Parish Social Committee.
Saint Agatha School is happy to announce an expansion of its Early Childhood program in response to increasing community demand. The initiative includes adding more classroom space, hiring additional qualified staff, and enhancing curriculum offerings to better serve young learners and their families.
This fall, Saint Agatha School is excited to launch a new, research-based literacy curriculum for students in Kindergarten (K2) through Grade 2. Rooted in the school’s tradition of academic excellence, this initiative reflects a deep commitment to continuous growth and to equipping every student with the essential tools for lifelong reading success.
Saint Agatha School recently celebrated unforgettable student experiences, thanks to strong community support. Two students arrived at school in a police cruiser and a fire truck, creating exciting memories. The school also honored alumna Officer Caroline Butts for her charity marathon run and classroom visit. These events reflect the school’s close ties with local first responders and its caring community. Everyone looks forward to more fun at the next Gala on February 28, 2026.
Saint Agatha School proudly participated in the I Believe in Catholic Education forum at Xaverian Brothers High School, celebrating the mission and future of Catholic schools across the Archdiocese of Boston. The event featured keynote speeches by Superintendent Eileen McLaughlin and Archbishop Richard G. Henning, who emphasized leadership, faith, and the spiritual formation of students.
A highlight was the Saint Agatha School Chorus’s inspiring performance of “You Are Holy (Prince of Peace).” Principal Chambers expressed pride in representing the school community.
